Dropshipping enables you to sell products while BrewBridge Marketplace handles inventory, packing, and shipping directly to customers. When a customer places an order the details flow from your Shopify (or other) store to the supplier who fulfills the order and updates the tracking information. You remain responsible for customer service and order management while Shopify’s ecosystem supports seamless integration with BrewBridge Marketplace to streamline operations.
When a customer places an order for a BB product through your store it is assigned to BrewBridge Marketplace. Due to Shopify’s policy around 3rd party fulfilment services, a user with admin access needs to manually request fulfilment through BrewBridge Marketplace. Once this has occurred the order will be sent through to BrewBridge where the order will be processed and shipped directly to your customer on your behalf, and provide shipping updates through Shopify.
